Great service , from the call on the information, all the way to the training of my dog!!!!! The guy( sorry forgot his name) who called me back to give me information was very knowledgeable. Best part was he did quote on phone, the other companies I talked to had to come out and were much more expensive. The two guys who came out really knew what they were doing and very friendly and easy to work with on how I wanted it done. This company has been great to work with! They were quick to get us scheduled and they trained our puppy very fast! So far, so good & she is learning to stay away from the flags really quickly & install was yesterday. I appreciate the lifetime guarantee on the equipment & if there are any problems with her going through the fence they will come out & retrain. Thank you Dog Guard!

I have never worked with a company that has put so much emphasis on customer service. They were very response to all of my questions, and made it a point to follow up if they were not available in a timely manner. They also seem to care about my dog's well being and wanted to make sure she was adjusting and not having any problems.
