The technician was HIGHLY conscientious of my time and was above and beyond respectful. He took the time to explain things, pause and ask for questions and was emotionally intelligent in speaking to the needs of our pups. He has fast, yet took the time to prep and train my dogs in a gentle manner. The company did a great job of ensuing we were ready for the visit.
