I have never worked with a company that has put so much emphasis on customer service. They were very response to all of my questions, and made it a point to follow up if they were not available in a timely manner. They also seem to care about my dog's well being and wanted to make sure she was adjusting and not having any problems. They are coming out to move the fence for me free of charge. There is one thing I mentioned I would like to change and they offered to change it for me. They have been wonderful.
