Gary and the team were very professional all thru out from explaining the product to getting us scheduled for install and training us on the use of fence for our 16 week pup. Highly recommend Dog Guard of Greater Pittsburgh! The crew was great even with the cold and snow. Very quick to install and offered to come verify the install once the snow melts. Took time to ensure we were well trained on the use of the fence. Can’t wait for summer to get here.
Install was super fast and they were so friendly! I even live far away from their home base (3 hours) and they still came!
I cannot say enough about the Dog Guard product and customer service! I was “on the fence” about getting an electric fence since we live on a main road. However, it would have been very difficult and expensive to install a regular fence due to the shape of our yard. When I first called, I was given an estimate and was told that their team could be out in 3 days to install. The turn around time in and of itself was great. Installed invisible fence for my dogs. Contacted them and were out to install within a week. A huge plus was a year with no financing and an online estimate. Very professional. Installation only took 2 hours max. Still a learning curve and some getting use to but working great so far.
We had a great experience with Dog Guard! Personable, fast work, great training, and very informative. We would highly recommend!
