RecommendedGreat experience! Very easy install and the guys were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain it all and also started the training for Leo. W have a big yard and now Leo can be able to enjoy it while we have the piece of mind that he is safe. The install tech arrived early and gave me clear direction about what my best option was to install. The training advisor did a fantastic job setting my wife and me up for success in training our puppy. Clear communicator and very pleasant individual, Chuck was amazing and Letty thought so as well 😊 She is doing well and understands the boundaries and even with having a question, got a quick response and guidance from Gary. The team at Dog Guard of Greater Pittsburgh is great!!! They came and installed our system and trained the dogs very fast and professionally!!! And scheduling was very prompt as well!!! Would highly recommend these great and knowledgeable people!!!
Dog Guard came highly recommended after I inquired on my personal FB page about electric fences. I checked out their site and put in my info to get a quote. Within 10 min I received a phone call and was scheduled to have my fence installed NEXT DAY! Chuck & Justin (I think his name was Justin-he was wearing a Bills hat in Steelers country😆) were fantastic! They were super professional and patient and answered all my questions! The process was super easy and the service couldn’t be beat! HIGHLY recommend!
Gary was very timely in his response to my message to discuss their services. He was extremely helpful in making this a reality for our dogs. The installers, Mike and Chuck, were extremely professional in their installation of my invisible fence. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of their product and I would highly recommend using Dog Guard to anyone looking to create a safe leash-free environment for their beloved fur baby!
Dog Guard is amazing! We have Max who is a 2 1/2 year old Labrador , and has always been on a leash because he is a runner. We had contacted Gary in March and my kids didn’t feel comfortable that Dog Guard would work with Max,and were going to put up a traditional fence. Well guess what they never did and this October Max slipped his collar and ran thankfully he is chipped and was returned. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. The installation team, including the owner Gary, was on time, finished quickly and as cleanly as possible considering the ground was a bit wet. Training with our dog was quick and thorough as was the training on the equipment. We highly recommend!!
