His explanation and instruction were clear and thorough. He is very professional and easy to work with. When Gary came and installed the in ground fence only one of my dogs was old enough for the fence, because I have a puppy. I still thought this was the best purchase my husband and I have ever made. Not having to worry about where our little girl is every minute she is outside is such a stress reliever. But now that the puppy is old enough to wear his collar it is an even better investment (if that can even be) since he is our little explorer. We love our new underground fence! We have two active dogs and they learned their boundary really quick. They love being able to roam the property without being tethered up on a long lead! We moved into a new house and were worried that this would be stressful for the dogs, but they are happier than ever and the underground fence has actually made everything less stressful as we are able to let them play in the yard. Gary and his team were on time and professional. Our yard appeared untouched after they were done. They were even able to go through the seam of our driveway. We have a busy street behind our home so this was a must for us. The safety it offers our dog is priceless.
I couldn't be happier with my underground fence. I have three dogs, it is not only great for me but they love it too. No leashes, more freedom and the ability to do their business at there own pace without being rushed. Their safety was important to me and this helped a lot. The dog guard staff was courtesy, so understanding and great at their job. From the receptionist to the installers. They were efficient, helpful and most of all affordable. I know my family appreciated it and we give them 2 paws up. Highly recommended.
Gary and his helper outfitted my yard with a Dog Guard system in less than 1 1/2 hours, he helped me start the training with both of my dogs and even helped me remove a stubborn bush from my yard. I am excited to teach my pets and look forward to allowing them the freedom and safety to run around the whole yard. Thank you Gary!
