Dog Guard stands by their product. When the dog got out after the initial installation, the trainer came back and reset the transmitter and retrained the dog.
We have been very happy with our underground fence from Dog Guard. The guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. All of our dogs made the adjustment almost immediately and just having the piece of mind is worth it. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. Guard Dog was fast, efficient, and most importantly compassionate with our pups.
Had my fence for a few years now with no problems and am very satisfied. Writing this review late and am sorry for that. I can say that there batteries are much better than the o es on Amazon with much better quality and would advice buying them from them.
