Great work! Tech was on-time and buried the wire. Everything was easy from booking the appointment. I received the email mentioning they will he out and then within a day or two they were out marking my yard. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Had a wonderful experience. The install was quick and the dog guard expert was great with my dogs and showing them the boundaries. Would definitely recommend.
We could not be HAPPIER! When I reached out, I received a very quick response and they were at my home within two weeks to install the fence. The customer service is truly amazing! It is so obvious that they care about their work and the families/dogs they serve. Trevor did our installation and he was professional and did amazing when training Dax with the fence. Highly recommend!
Reilly was very nice. He explained things well. My dogs were not the most well trained but feel with time the fence will definitely be a vital tool . I plan to be outside with them much more which enables me to be. With them and get my yard work done also. Working with Dog Guard has been great! Possibly the best example of company-wide customer service I� ve EVER experienced. Very professional, on time., great customer service
I could not be happier with Dog Guard. Austin got the fence installed super quickly and did a great job training our pup. He was professional and knowledgeable. The whole process took under 3 hours and our dog had already learned the fence and her boundaries by he time he left. You can see the quality in the product and Dog Guard is there if you have any issues. Don't look anywhere else for a dog fence.
Hands down the best company to work with. Wonderful customer service and product. We are long time users of Dog Guard Midwest. We will all choose them.
