We contacted Irvin in 2020 for an estimate. He contacted us immediately visited and installed the fencing the same day. Our Border Collie had established his own boundaries, which were none! Irvin took him around the perimeter, explained everything to us. Recently we had a power break due to lightning. Irvin was there the same day found the issue and we were back in service immediately. Irvin and Dog Guard are a valuable asset. He really cares about your pet and your own peace of mind.
Ervin is professional,courteous,& communicative. Our fence was hit by lightning and Ervin talked me through it to determine the issue. He came out in two days and fixed the issue. Excellent service and very knowledgeable of the Dog Guard brand!

We had gotten Dog Guard as a Christmas present. Ervin was in touch mid first week of January and did installation following Monday. Was here on time, completed timely installation, did initial training with our dog, then worked with the dog and me. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We feel he did a first-rate job. Highly recommend him.
I called DogGuard because I needed to work with someone local. We have had an underground fence since 2005 and have found it very difficult and expensive to get service from them. When I called Ervin he returned my call immediately and came the following day. I was able to use my original wire but the rest of the system and collars were updated. Dogs were testing and responded well to the new system. Totally happy and it is great that I can work with someone close to home.
Courteous Prompt Service. Responded to my online inquiry within 8 hours. Answered all of our questions. Promptly installed our fence of nearly 4 acres within less than a week of our conversation. Has checked in periodically and offered great advice. Highly recommend.
After our dog Zeke got caught in a conibear trap, we had to do something to keep this from happening again... Ervin was there within the week and installed a fence around our perimeter. We now have peace of mind that Zeke won't be where he shouldn't be! Thanks Ervin for the quick service!
