they always knew my dogs name...still do.
The Westcott's not only took care of our initial needs upon install, but returned to our home several times to ensure function was to our satisfaction. We made one change, and they were very prompt. They returned to make necessary adjustements and continued to check back with us.
they are very personable and are concerned about our impression of their customer service.

Installed too shallow in places (above ground) and trench left open the full length and I had to close because installer had to get to another appointment. He said trench was open because muddy. Installer wanted me to pay without showing me what he had done and was very irritated I insisted on checking it all out before paying the $1400.00 for 1.5 hours work. Very unprofessional. Dog Guard is an excellent brand and I have had their product installed before at other locations and have no complaints at all about those systems ... read more
The installation and training was excellent. Communication with the main office was very poor. Always an answering machine not always getting a response.
