Angie was great. She worked directly with my kids to help with the training process, probably the most important part of a successful fence. The fence works great. Excellent support and service.
The customer service is excellent. The Westscott's made sure they were satisfied with our satisfaction. Our dog was not an easy case, they worked with us (and our dog) until perfection was reached. I was impressed with the rapport they had with our dog. Great people to work with.

The Westcott's not only took care of our initial needs upon install, but returned to our home several times to ensure function was to our satisfaction. We made one change, and they were very prompt. They returned to make necessary adjustements and continued to check back with us.

Installed too shallow in places (above ground) and trench left open the full length and I had to close because installer had to get to another appointment. He said trench was open because muddy. Installer wanted me to pay without showing me what he had done and was very irritated I insisted on checking it all out before paying the $1400.00 for 1.5 hours work. Very unprofessional.
