We live in South Bend & have had our Dog Guard Invisible pet fence for about 14 years now! Anytime we need help or have an issue, they are right on top of it. Our Frenchie has been trying to leave the yard and we’ve determined that our very old collar needed an upgrade. Scott was able to upgrade us to the new collar, so our little guy can be safe in the yard! Scott and his crew were extremely professional in the whole process. From spending almost an hour on the phone explaining the product before we even purchased. Installation went perfectly with Scott even helping me pick the better path to run the fence for my dogs. Training the dogs was a breeze. Scott is the MAN. He came out and repaired our line. They ran a new wire and cleaned up beautifully. Scott and Logan are a Godsend. Our dogs are now running safely in our yard again. They did not install our invisible fence but were willing to repair it. These guys are the ultimate professionals. Highly recommend
