Sasko and his team were fantastic with our install! They stayed in touch with us for a couple months beforehand in the winter, did a great job with the install and the price was great. They were super kind and patient with our dogs too and have continued to give us tips to help them get more comfortable in the yard and used to the boundary. Very happy with our experience and would 100% suggest them to anyone else!
We had a terrific experience with Dog Guard of Western New York. The family all came out to work with us on the configuration of the fence. They helped train our dogs and set up the collars for us perfectly. Out farm is difficult to run the electric wires since we have rocks, chicken areas and gardens to navigate. Overall installation experience with Dog Guard was excellent. They were very flexible, friendly, and professional. Extremely happy with the equipment as well as the customer service provided throughout the entire process!
From initial contact to follow up after the fence was installed Sasko was fantastic! He explained everything and worked great with our dogs. So glad we decided to go with Dog Guard versus the other company we were researching. Highly recommend!
