Kyle at DoG guard of Seattle is excellent at showing me Everything we needed to know. being there anytime I needed him. He has been amazing and his fence works like a dream. The Electric Fence is the only way to go. Also my mischievous puppy has not got out at all. Rocky is safe and so is the neighbors. 😁😁🤪🤪
Kyle did such a great job with our doggos. We have a pretty big leveled property we just moved in there and couldn’t put a wood fence up. Our two, very stubborn wiener dogs got the hang of it pretty quickly thanks to the training.
I've been meaning to write this review for some time due to Kyle's impeccable customer service and the quality of his work. He is very professional and responsive in all communication. We are grateful to have found Dog Guard of Seattle to help us with our yard and dog needs. I would highly recommend his service to any of my friends and family!
Kyle is thorough and really cares. He is very careful and also tries to do the work efficiently. He carefully planned and tested the system and ensured we had the right collars that are safe. We have 1 dog and 2 (very different) cats and he understood the needs and helped plan and implement a perimeter that made sense for our needs.
Kyle is excellent to work with and this fence really works. I was worried my Pyrenees mix would continue to escape but in 2 weeks everything is working as it should...even with very tempting situations. After all the worry about my dogs getting out, this was worth every penny. For reference, I have wooded acreage with a creek. Kyle installed the fence system using a mix of methods to get through the terrain, and it's been perfect.
