I recently had a problem with my Dog Guard fence. I contacted Garrett and set up an appointment. He came out promptly (couple days) and determined the problem. He gave me the options to fix the problem, including all costs and options. I chose the option I wanted and we were back in business. Garrett is knowledgeable, straight forward and easy to work with. Garrett came promptly when I called concerning the break in my fence. He was very professional and knowledgable in his assessment and provided the most cost conscious options, which I really appreciated. He made me feel very comfortable and worked hard to make sure my pet was safe again. I actually almost went with a different company, but I’m truly happy I was fortunate enough to have Garrett on my property as he was very nice to work with. He is very much committed to not only doing his job, but doing it well.
Garrett was awesome in assessing the needs of my new puppy and delivering a great solution. The invisible fence installation was seamless and Garrett provided a detailed demo on how to train my dog to become accustomed to the fence.
