We had our Dog Guard installed today. Mike was on time, friendly, and answered all of my questions. He took the time to work with both of our dogs (large 8 year old chocolate lab and small 1 1/2 year old pit bull terrier mix) one on one to show me how to properly train them over the next week. Mike was able to lay the fencing exactly where we wanted it pretty quickly and came in under the price he initially quoted us. Mike installed our fence six or seven years ago. Our fence was a bit of a challenge because it crossed a creek in two locations. We have had a couple of issues over this time due to Mother Nature but Mike has always been extremely prompt in helping us. We at one time had 4 dogs we have never been worried about their welfare. I would recommend Mike and his dog guard system to anyone who inquired. Hands down best customer service you could ask for.
It was a great experience working with Mike, the owner. The product and service were outstanding. Mike was so professional and kind. He walked us through every step of the way in training our dog and gave us his personal contact number if we had any issues or questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an electric fence to keep their pups safe and contained.
Mike came to repair a break in the line the same day I called. Very competent, friendly and so nice. Our invisible fence was originally purchased from the company, Invisible Fence. They couldn’t come out to fix for almost one month. So thankful to get this fixed immediately by Mike with Dog Guard!
