Criquette was a treasure! She came out and trouble shot my old system. She gave me multiple options on how to repair or replace my system. She told me all about the latest collars but didn't pressure me to do anything I couldn't afford. She was so kind and helpful...then there is the product itself. Criquette was an amazing person to work with. She was very prompt in answering all my questions, no matter what time it was. She was on time and did everything as promised. We have 2 German Shepherds The dog guard fence has been the best thing I have ever done for them, and my sanity. I originally used Dog Guard when they had first gotten started with 3 friends starting the business. I liked them because (unlike Invisible Fence, which installed my system) they were more responsive, less expensive, and much easier to schedule. I used them several times over the years for repairs in my dog fence. I was always impressed by how good they were and how professional they were. All that changed today. I contact ADG from an ad on Google search. From the point of contact to the time the installation was finished couldn't of gone any smoother. The techs were very helpful in showing my mother the process and also were very courteous and respectful. The yard was left virtually untouched and looks as before. I would highly recommend this business due to their response time and professionalism..
