I just can’t say enough positive things about this!! Criquette is wonderful to work with! Very thorough and timely in installation and took the extra time to familiarize both me and my dog completely with the system . I’ve had it for over a year and have never experienced any issues whatsoever. The peace of mind and total trust and confidence I have now with the security and safety of my former escape-artist dog is priceless! I wholeheartedly recommend!!
I really appreciate the service that Dog Guard North Georgia provided us by installing an invisible fence for our dogs around our entire yard. Criquette is very friendly and easy to work with. She really knows her stuff and got our fence installed in a very reasonable amount of time (about half a day or so). She was very attentive to our requirements and helped us decided on the solution that was right for us. Wonderfully surprised how Criquette responded, delivered, followed up and made sure we were satisfied on a recent repair. This all happened while we were experiencing a family health crisis which she was sensitive to, providing us with care comfort and prayer.
I was skeptical of getting this fence for my own lack of knowledge. I spoke several times with our person who answered every question I had After the install, I have been very pleased with everything from the beginning process to the installation to even the follow up afterwards excellent customer service, extremely helpful with knowledge I would highly recommend this company to anyone who’s in the market or even thinking about it every question I asked was answer In any concerns, I had Or addressed before Purchase.
We are so happy with our new fence. We have 8 dogs (1 poodle & 7 Shih Tzu). When they get close to the flags , we say “bad flag”. They have learned a beep will sound and then a small shock if they go past the flags. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only regret was not getting the fence sooner.
